Why did we select this problem statement?

• The target user base was relatable.
• Familiar and good UX of the app in general so it seemed challenging to improvise
• We were not unaware of the Oyo wizard feature, so it was intriguing to work on.
• Business metric seemed like a very interesting and useful metric to work on
• Working on a loyalty program was challenging and exciting at the same time.
• UBUIX of OYO was good but we wanted to make it amazing.
• Working on increasing the Average order value.

After selecting the problem statement we understood the problem statement we brainstormed in a group what the problem statement meant and the user base also related it to the business.

Category of Problem Statement

This is an evaluative problem statement where we are trying to evaluate the existing flow of an app and trying to improvise for betterment along with impacting the business metric.

To keep ourselves on track we decided on our goals and stick with them till the end 💪
